May Favourites

Hi everyone,

last month was very hot but i enjoyed few things that I want to share with you.

First, as usual, a nail polish: Gelly Hi Shine NAIL PAINT by Barry M in the color Satsuma 325.

I have already told you how much I love this brand, and this Jelly one in particular is very fancy color ad very summary, it'a a kind of dark orange and the finish is very very shine.

I am not a fan of foundation, and actually I use CC Cream that give me a natural finish; but this one is different. Is the Tanning Compact Foundation N SPF 6. 

It's a compact foundation, a travel-friendly compact, with a very nice orange packaging. This powder gives a luminous, rich golden look that lasts. It also protects against dryness whilst maintaining the skin's natural softness. It's boasting sun-smart technology and containing thiotaurine, a unique antioxidant which neutralizes free radicals, this foundation gives a natural looking sheer finish.

There are available different SPF for this foundation, and it comes in three different shades: natural,  bronze and honey.

An absolute must have, Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream Skin Protectant is a skincare classic that restores, calms and helps relieve chapped, cracked and dry skin. It works efficiently to sooth roughness, redness and minor skin irritations.This luxurious healing cream has been praised throughout the years by beauty editors, make-up artists and models alike. Created in 1930 to soothe skin, Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream Skin Protectant became an instant and overwhelming success. I use also for my dry lips and it works. The only cons is the smell.  

Last thing I like is the Essence I Love Stage Eyeshadow Base.This is my first ever eye shadow primer/base I've ever tried and I really like it! It is very cheap and it works well. My eye shadow blends nicely on there and it looks just as fresh as when I applied it in the morning after a long day. I also use by itself to cancel out any discoloration on my eyelids.

April favourites

Hi everybody, here we are for my April favourites!

It's not really easy this months because I didn't try a lot of new products, so I will do a my currently favs.

Let's start with a nail polish.. the Nail Paint by Barry M in Blue Moon.
I really like this brand , I think Barry M does really lovely nail polish and also is in the cheap side so thumb up . 

They have nice colours and different typology of nail polish.. the gelly one, the quick dry, the Nail Paint, the matt, ect.. Have a look to the  website and if you don't know this brand you'll fall in love with all their products.
The colour of this little one is just perfect for spring I think and I really love blue and all his shades on my nails.

Go on to the face care products, I am really enjoying the Sea Foam Complete Face Wash by Pacifica.
My skin is really sensitive and for me find the good and right stuff for face is really difficult and of course important. Since I have tried this face wash I am just stuck with this. 

Is nice and foaming on your face, it smells amazing and it really works for me, the only problem is that in Dubai is not really easy to find, but thanks god I have found a Web site that it always has it!!!

What about Pacifica brand.. I knew this one watching Nicole Young Wild and Polished (go and check it out, she is amazing).

Now let's talk about hair.. I will start by saying that it is a pain for me in this period.. I delivered almost four months ago and the last few months I started to lose my hair. 

So, that's not easy at all, but anyway I will do later a post about this thing. 

I am trying different products to help my hair and all the moisturizing products are welcome so I gave a try to Phyto 7 Hair cream and I have really liked it. 

Now, I am actually using the Phyto 9 that should be for very dry hair but it doesn't work for me.

March favourites

Here my March favourites products that I want to share with you.

To start, you need to know that the temperatures here in dubai are starting to get warm and I really love to use water spray to refresh myself. 

I usually buy the Avent thermal water spray but here is not really cheap and also I would like to try something new so I gave a try to the Mario Badescu Facial spray with aloe, herbal extracts and rosewater.

It is pleasant on your skin and leaves it hydrated and allow tight and uncomfortable skin to cool down.

I usually spray during the day to refresh my self and during my evening skin care routine before  the cream to achieve a boost of hydration and to give a cuddle to my sensitive skin.

Skipping to make up, I usually follow Zoella's reviews and I was looking for a new mascara.. so she was taking about a new Maybelline and I really like this brand in mascara speaking so I decided to give it a go.

The Maybelline Lash Sensational mascara is not expensive at all and it is really good. This is the best mascara I have ever used: it lengthens and volumizes your lashes amazingly and also curls them and keeps them curled all day long.

It doesn't clump up my eyelashes, its makes them insanely long, makes them super black, and keeps them curled forever. I'm running out of this mascara and will definitely be buying it again.

Now a fancy body cream.. my fav is the Nivea In-shower body lotion, cause is really easy to use,.. if you are lazy as I am you will appreciate this.

But now I was looking for a new body lotion and I did a really nice discovery about Davines products. I knew the have a really nice range of fancy hair products but I didn't know about their body products. Try the Davines  Wild & Virtuous Body Lotion is lovely believe me.

It is moisturizing and smell amazing. I really loved it. 

A facial masque now.. The Queen Helen Mint Julep Masque. This masque maybe doesn't need an introduction. It’s one of the most reviewed products on line, and after reading so many good things about it, I thought it was time to try it myself. 

Mint Julep Masque is an original natural home treatment to help dry up pimples, rinse away blackheads and shrink enlarged pores. 

Simply apply Mint Julep Masque to your clean face and neck. No cons, it does the job and I am happy with it and I after using it I really feel my skin clean, refreshed and smooth. 

They sad that it also should helps to relax tired muscles and ease tension lines on the face and neck. Anyway thumbs up!

Ecco qui il primo post della mia sezione Dèmodè.. sezione in cui inserirò tutto ciò che è beauty e moda (esclusivamente la mia).

Qui propongo un classico dei b/vlog e lo faccio come sempre a modo mio.

Io nella borsa ho di tutto, difficlmente la cambio per le occasioni a meno che non abbia voglia di alleggerirmi e allora trsferisco caoticamente tutte le mie cianfrusalie in una delle mie amatissime shopping bag di stoffa.

Longchamp La Pliage Bag:

Il mio must have negli ultimi tre anni.. le adoro nella versione large, ne ho due una azzurro cielo e una verde petrolio – non vi nascondo di bramarle di tutti i colori ;)

Bella, capiente, pratica e va con tutto e in più, se non è super carica come la mia, è leggera.

Furla Purses:

Meravigliose, adorabile set che mi ha regalato la mia adorata R.

Sono belle e pratiche solitamente le cambio spesso ma devo ammettere che ultimamente sto usando e amando queste due perfette per quei pochi trucchi e piccoli essentials stuff  che mi porto dietro.

Note Book:

Sempre con me, per qualsiasi cosa da scrivere, da ricordare ;) e poi la copertina non poteva che non piacermi! Scovata lo scorso natale a Virgin in una delle nostre mall qui nel deserto.

p+g design purse:

Nella mia borsa da quattro anni.. odio le monete sparse in borsa.

Comprata a Milano amo la plastica ;)

Purse:

Un altro di Furla, comodo pieno di cerniere e rosso. Acquistato da molti anni in Italia resta il mio preferito, le banconote e le varie mille cards ci stanno alla perfezione, percui finchè un altro non mi farà innamorare di lui, questo sarà sempre con me.

H&M animal purse:

Un'altra purse plasticosa, vecchissima.. ma uh quanto l'adoro.

Madina – Exact Color Lipstick:

Rivoluzionario per chi come me non ama indossare sempre il rossetto. Non secca, anzi! E il profumo è buonissimo.

Maybelline – Baby Lips Crystal (Strike a Rose 95):

It's ok, è un lip balm colorato, shade aranciata carino ma personalmente nulla di che e sopratutto io avendo le labbra molto molto secche non è una meraviglia.. lo uso quando per sbaglio (disgraziatamente capita ogni tanto) lascio a casa il burro cacao.

A-DERMA – Baume Lèvres Rèparation Intense:

Mah.. anche questo non è un gran che, diciamo che fa il suo lavoro ma non sono particolarmente entusiasta quando lo uso.

The Body Shop – Morninga Hand Cream:

Crema mani, essenziale no?! Profumazione forte ma lascia le mani estremamente morbide e idratate. Poi il formato lo adoro, piccolo travel size..

Dettol Istant Sanitizer:

Un altro must have delle borse.. non si sa mai, un po' come le salviettine ;)

Benefit – Lollitint (Candy-Orchid):

Io ho dei problemi con le tinte.. e questa come le altre secca troppo le mie labbra, ma è un formato campione: la porto sempre con me, non si sa mai di dover dare un tocco di colore ;)

Kobo Mini:

Un regalo che mi ha cambiato la vita vivendo qui.. leggo spesso sopratutto se sono in metro o in attesa. E poi questo è così piccolo e comodo che spero non mi abbandoni mai perchè mi sembra che non lo producano più..

Sony Z1 compact:
